I love going to the UT games and when I can’t go I use this app to watch it. (GET THE APP IF UR A TRUE VOL AND KEEP UP WITH LIVE SCORES, AND YOUR FAVORITE SPORTS)

You can sign up for game alerts, but they never come through so what’s the point? No way to report issues that I can find other than leaving a nasty review, so here I am.

Cannot access season tickets via the app. Crashes every time giving an error message that says “API Error: / Events: 401”. Have deleted app and reinstalled and no luck. Called UT ticket office and they said to use the website to access tickets instead of the app due to ongoing issues with the app. So basically the app is useless.

Every time I try to open the app it crashes. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times. Anyone know a fix?

Complete mess for student tickets app doesn’t even open, clearly wasn’t tested to hold the capacity of people trying to access it to submit claims. Pretty much a total failure

App will not open! Used for two years, then tried yesterday and nothing—what’s wrong?

The old system worked so much better, the new app just crashes and I can’t try to claim any student tickets #BigOrangeScrew

I live in Texas and have listened to all Vols games (football and basketball) on the radio (in the old days) and the app (in more recent years) while I watch the game muted on tv. I synch the tv with the Vols radio broadcast. This new version of the UT Sports app has lost the radio feed rewind button. The way it is now, it’s much harder to synch with the tv, and, I noticed if I gave the app playing the radio feed, and I go somewhere else in my phone to do some else, when I come back to the UT Sports app, the one control button they do have (play/pause) doesn’t show, so you have to back out and start the synch all over again.

My app won’t load with the update & I can’t load tickets to my wallet. Less than 24 hours out from game day!

The app crashes the moment it opens.
