Doesn’t work needs to upgrade app and quit being lazy
My son has been trying to take the exam and it continues to time out. After trying once again, it kicked him out and said we had to wait 24 hours. This is beyond frustrating.
One star. Terrible time getting app to work correctly. Customer service chat very rude and condescending when I reached out for help. I never leave reviews good or bad, so for me to stop and take the time to write a review it has to be pretty bad. The customer service agent solidified the bad review with his terrible attitude and disregard for wanting to do his job.
Don’t waste your time couldn’t even get past the activation without the app bugging so hard we had to delete it and we even tried to download it back which still did nothing.
Very bad, cannot get to work at all
I can’t get this app to complete the selfie screen so my son is unable to complete his test online. I then tried to make him an in-person appointment but they only offer them during school hours. What in the world is the sense in that?!? Chat support was unavailable so now I have to wait for an email response.
Would give 0 stars if I could. The FaceID that makes you move balls into a circle with your nose is complete trash.
Doesn’t work. Fails to authenticate when scanning the QR code. After many attempts I finally reached the team in charge of the app and they said they know it’s broken and they’re working on fixing it. However, there’s no ETA on the fix and they WILL NOT publish on the app or TN website that the app isn’t working. They also said they WILL NOT publish anything telling folks when it’s fixed either. What an extremely unhelpful bunch. They blamed the state, saying Tennessee state won’t let them publish status updates so folks know it’s broken or fixed.
I used the app to proctor for my daughter, and it all worked well! There were no issues on my end nor hers. Not sure why everyone else is having issues, but we didn’t have any.
