Forces use of Facebook to add profile pic. No Customer Support

Have been enjoying this game, however am giving 1 star review to flag 2 issues: 1. This app doesn’t allow users to upload a profile pic of their choice. It forces you to own a Facebook acct and link it. And even then, no choice as to what pic bc it takes Fb profile pic only. C’mon TennisClash: We shouldn’t be pushed to create a fake Facebook acct just to have a TennisClash profile pic! (Bc that’s what happening). 2. I contacted TennisClash via their in-app webform and received an irrelevant automated reply from Zendesk that didn’t answer the question asked… meh! I followed up and within seconds received reply that it’s not possible to follow up to a closed ticket! Lolz [Computer says no!] I sent a new request and same. No Customer Support. Relying on 3rd party Zendesk’s unintelligent AI platform. There are incredibly intelligent AI CS out there, but this isn’t one of them… :D /o\
