App hasn't worked for ages, doesn't let me log in. So can't view or use the points etc. used to be good. Not impressed.

Can’t redeem rewards to get money off bowling and soft play, which is very frustrating

Unable to view rewards as screen just has the wheel of death. Pretty poor app!

Rubbish app doesn’t work booked with them a couple of times cannot get on it to book and get any points

Never found the app to be working. Tried last year and today and nothing has changed. Same old faulty app doesn’t load up despite uninstalling and deleting data and trying again. Useless really they need to get their app together.

Can’t book anything, apart from location all greyed out, reward vouchers can only be used on the app so you can’t redeem them. Told support but still not fixed.

This used to be a great and convenient app. Recently however, it is anything but. The online booking through the app does not work for any place or activity. Also on the app the number of points I have collected keeps going down by a few hundred each time I log in. I have not used them as you can only use them 500 at a time and yet my total is less than last week when I went bowling and earned points!? Great loyalty scheme that is!

Same issue not being able to book they need to fix this.

The app hasn’t worked for months !!! Won’t let you book after selecting your town. The A.I chat sends you around in a circle. If you try to book online it won’t let you use vouchers after 21:30 🤣. SHOCKING. Must be Loosing customers left, right and centre!!

App never worked Staff on the phone are little help .
