The Be Well app will automatically logs steps or allows manual entry from pedometer readings.
- You can also convert popular exercise and activity into steps to compete and challenge coworkers and other teams.
- Integrates with Fitbit, Apple Watch, Apple Health and most popular activity trackers.
- Check your competitions & teams, join step and wellness challenges, create a personalized wellbeing plan and access daily content , convert activities to steps, and participate in discussions.
- Listen to over 150+ audio guides across 40+ topics and access written and audio content on key mental health topics.

Doesn’t log automatically
The app doesn’t load your tracking steps automatically
Doesn’t sync or save synced data
Essentially unusable - had it showed synced data once and then it disappeared. And it says it takes 2-5 minutes to sync and fails. Terrible experience.
Spotty at best
Does not sync regularly so no step tracking. Support is not helpful for fixing, troubleshooting.
I have had nothing but issues
I am missing out on monetary incentives because this app never works correctly!
Sync does not keep syncing
Would be cool if would sync and not lose data. Great idea. Poor execution.
App is grumpy
App keeps kicking me out and sometimes grumpy to sign back in
Does not remain Synced
I am logged in but my steps data from Health app on iOS stops synchronizing in about 7 days. I have to re-login to update to the present day. VERY ANNOYING
Glitchy
Very glitchy
App loses sync
I like the app but it loses connectivity and I have to log out and back in to sync my device to this app. This occurs every few days. This issue needs to be fixed!!!
