First day out with iOS 18. Wildly inaccurate. Flow is 120 FPM. Device says 24000!!! Testo did respond here, but my question is why did not the usual routes of me contacting Help and Support by email ever reply to me? My solution BTW was just buy a new unit

This update is garbage. All I want is to see the measurement table for my 405i probe the way I used to do. No way to do that without figuring out how to set up whatever useless cookie cutter program they created will give me what I’m looking for. More features does not equal better. Now it’s harder to do my job because you made this app less functional for no reason. My probe is essentially useless now and I will be shopping for a new one.

The new updated interface on this app is terrible. Go back to the way it was before. The refrigeration view doesn’t even have condensing and saturated temps.

I have connection problems every time I disconnect or turn off my probes. When I go to reconnecting probes will just not connect back up to the testo App. I hope Testo fixes this issue

Biggest complaint. New update for rid of the battery indicator and conversion of pressure to temp. At this point completely worthless. Had and used the probes for 4 years. Now they decide to make software changes to get rid of stuff. Does this mean we have to buy it? Who wants to constantly pay out a monthly subscription? Good luck testo.

I like the app but the new update has somes issues. Please fix it. It doesn’t shows the conversion of pressure/temperature to the refrigerants.

I cannot change my favorite list under refrigerants, it keeps reverting back to my old selections and won’t save. And how do I remove refrigerants from the list? I shouldn’t have to scroll through hundreds of refrigerants when I’m only seeing 10 different types in the real world

App does not recognize instruments Put it up for sale

This app loses connection with the digital manifold often you can open the app and take a phone call and reopen the app without closing it completely or restarting. It also seems to have a hard time connecting, it will connect and then lose connection and keeps doing this several times.
