De statische gegevens is zo goed als onbruikbaar. En het tijdschema is erg omslachtig om in te stellen. Ik heb deze boiler gekocht voor de mogelijkheden om via wifi/app de bediening te kunnen gebruiken maar heb er een beetje spijt van.

Rubbish! On a browser I can login, but this app isn’t working at all!

I bought a Tesy boiler because of the WiFi remote options but this is my worst experience ever. Lots of equipment in-house is automated via WiFi but my 80L boiler keeps getting lost in the app, settings seem impossible to save.

The graphic worked in the past but is now rubbish. Time ax is a mess and larger periods are missing. And the switch of the boiler has no relation with what really happens. The schedule changes once in a while to old settings. Very poor quality app.

Once installed the boiler and having made an account on my laptop, the app is a nice tool to program and control the boiler. The difference between P1/P2 (be ready at time X) and P3 (start heating at time X) should be better explained in the manual. It woul be nice to see the actual temperature in the boiler next to the heath indication by colour in the main screen. So to estimate the energy loss during the day. As I use the boiler in series with my gas boiler to store the excess energy of my solar panels, it would be nice to have a method to either switch on the boiler when I deliver current back to the mains e-net or when the sun is shining. Now I program it to be fully charged at 14:00. But when overcast it is better to charge it at 4:00 in the night. As the app loads the wheather report it would be nice to be able to switch between P1 (ready 14:00) and P3 (start 4:00) based on wheather the sun is shining, according to that wheater report. A minor software effort, but making the boiler even more efficient. P.

I downloaded the app, I tried to create the user and I cannot do because the anti-bot code pass not displayed. And to move fwd it is requested. Same on web! It's ridiculous, I bought this boiler to have remote control and this is what I get 😤

Hello, today I got kickef out from the app. I was asked to log in. I don’t believe I ever used any login, but ok. I might have forgotten it, so I try “forgot password”, which apparently doesn’t work. This is so dissapointing. I hope this will improve.

Hi. Great app, also how to make your schedule. But would love if the temperature graph screen would be better / more informative. The graph now is too small to read, please make something better!
