I was logged out of my app but it will not let me log in. I have tried logging in through fb, Apple and Google and have tried to reset my password but the reset link just takes you back to the log in screen on the app.

My points for petrol haven't gone on

Every time I go to use the app it keep logging me out of it and then tells me my password is incorrect. Then I have to wait half an hour to even try to get a new password

Tried to use the app after refuelling but the app requested login details that I didn’t have with me so it couldn’t be used. To make things worse it’s forgotten my date of birth (which is asked to logon) so I’m disallowed from using the app. It’s a reward app for goodness sake and should just work rather than forcing users through hoops. And remember that spectacle wearer might not have their reading glasses with them to read instructions in small text. I’ll buy Shell/Esso, or BP fuel from now on!! Their apps just work

I have forgotten my password and I’m unable to log into the account. There’s no help when you click on forgotten password. The app is absolutely rubbish. There’s no point scanning for points when I can’t even log into the account

All my points have gone after the app locked me out and requested I make a new password. Looks like its created a new account for me from a password reset I did not request? Very dodgy and a waste of time after having a good amount of points built up on it.

I can only Praise your Telephone centre today Firstly a young lady called Cerise helped me immensely Then i managed to do something else wrong 🥹 A young man called George talked me through the log in system ( which I'm sure is Simple ) but to me was a stress head situation 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ Thank u so much these Two beauties 🙌 They need Recognition 💙🩷
