Texas Health MyChart

I love this feature or app with Texas Health. It is easy to navigate. Information is available to you almost immediately. Very transparent

I moved from out of state and left several doctors who used My Chart. This portal made it so easy to review my medications, vaccinations, medical test results, etc. Fortunately, I found a doctor in Texas who used My Chart so he could easily access all my prior records. It is the best.

I don’t find the instructions. Very understandable. Not friendly at all. I’m 81 years old and I don’t understand all this stuff. Can’t you just make some of it just a little simpler. Suzanne Payne

When I can’t speak directly with my provider this is the best way to see that she knows what’s going on. Sometimes it might take a day or two but it’s better than the alternative, no contact.

I love that I can leave a message for my doctor and get a response almost immediately! Most of my doctors use it or have access to all of my medical history so when I see a new one, they have everything they need. I can also see blood work trends & my history goes back many years. Love it!!

I love that you can sync MyChart accounts and have the convenience of keeping up with other family members health care. It really makes paying for services more convenient along with the precheck in feature for upcoming appointments or procedures.

I have an upcoming cat scan and have been asked to check in on line. When I start to check in it goes elsewhere and starts asking me for information already on file and other information which I refuse to enter. I believe your system may be hacked. When I go directly to Texas Health MyChart it does not show me that I have any upcoming appointments.

This app is great. New to TX and this has everything on it that you’d need. Even found providers I’d used before and was easy to link those accounts. Impressed.

These people are so great and helpful. Thank god for these people.
