Texas Health MyChart

Love all of the updates. Lab results super easy! Communication with the staff, etc, all quick and simple!

This is a very helpful app to keep track of my father's health and wellbeing. I find it easy to use and glad I can share with family.

This app has made my life so much easier. I always get a response and have access to all my records! It’s awesome.

July 31, I waited almost an hour over my appointment time before calling for help. I revived a join doctor message at 9:00, which I did, and waited until 9:45-9:40 before calling. I’m getting messages to update My Chart since this morning. I coded 30 minutes updating my Chart this morning, and my information has not changed. It’s a little annoying.

MyChart is overall a great app. The ability to link information from other health providers/groups is fantastic and extremely beneficial to coordinating my health care.

I had no expectations for this, but it's very nice. Has everything Texas-Health-related that I can think of and has no issues.

I was there in the evening on 07/23/2024. The whole care team was absolutely wonderful. I wish I knew all the names. Thanks so much for the care and support.

My Chart is far superior to USMD, Cerner Health

I find this app so helpful in reminding of past and future events. It allows me to view what is on my calendar so I can avoid calendar conflicts.

Doctors are great. It’s the staff that doesn’t seem to care.
