If I login via the web, it gives me options to claim student tickets. Once I login via the app, it doesn't think I have the big ticket despite having the same email/account, and won't let me claim them and only let me buy them. I could make an app like this 20x better and idk how this person has a job.
It truly fascinates me that the people who run apps don’t consider the USER. I go to the App and think “what’s the soccer team’s record so far?” and I can’t even find it. It should be on the Drop Down, sorted by team, and then tap on team and at the top show their record. JUST LIKE ON TEXASSPORTS DOT COM.
The app opens for about a half a second and closes, won’t do anything else.

This is the app where I was directed to download my football tickets - which doesn’t work. It’s surprising an academic institution could have something this bad.
This app is hot garbage. I hate this message, “Sorry, this page can only be viewed on a mobile device. Try again from your phone” While I’m on my phone.
Worst app I’ve ever used. Continuous problems logging in. Week in week out.
There’s no way to buy tickets on this app. There is less info available on the app than literally anywhere else about events. How do we even use this app? What function does it serve?
