Another scam app
Weekly subscription for a text editor? Are you serious? There’s no way to skip free trial either. It’s a goddamn joke. Do NOT fall for this.

Forced to update?
Blocked from using original text edit? Forced to updated to new Text Edit with all kinds of new features? A basic text editor is all that I need. Nothing more - BASIC TEXT EDITING. Text edit is no longer is up for the task. Forced to update? Nope, buh-bye. App deleted.

Held Hostage
Unless I upgrade to the 99 cent weekly I have lost access to all my files. It states free upgrade to the plus version then you get the paywall. I used it occasionally but no more access. GoodBye
Just use Visual Code
Lets you edit one file then makes you pay.
Horrible app.
It works when it wants and when it does it forces you to subscribe for 1$ a week. No way to close the popups. Horrible app.

Works one time then locks up unless you pay.
