I was lured by the reviews that said you can have a USA phone number, make calls, receive text and sms messages and more. There is a three day free trial period which didn’t allow any phone call usage at all but the texting worked well. Once I was charged for the prescription, the app stopped working as no texts would go through, there is no phone call making available. I followed the procedures to message the company for support and NEVER got any response even after several times and I included screenshots showing the failed messages. So, it’s a scam app from my experience and there is no customer service.

I used this number for one of my account and I had an unauthorized charge on my account but when I tried to sign in I realized that I didn’t see any 4 digit code that Uber sent me so I went on the app and find out that my number which I paid for as expired and now I can’t sign into my account because of this useless app so now I’m down $200 so thank you I really appreciate it “ STAY AWAY FROM THIS USELESS APP”

I emailed this company 3 times on a subscription charge that was made on my card. The charge was $39.99. I got the free trail and forgot to cancel. I cancel on the same day it charge. I haven’t used this app since I download the first day. Now I paid for a subscription that I am not even using and I requested a refund over a week now and response! I would like to be refunded please.
