It isn’t as useful as I was hoping with auto-text responses

I downloaded this app just to try it, but couldn’t get a response from the AI. Do you have actual humans drafting the responses? If not, why am I getting responses saying that traffic volume is high and we’ll respond when we can. Purposely slowing things down for new comers who have not paid is not a good a good strategy to get them to subscribe. Why would I pay when your AI doesn’t seem to be able to do anything. Deleted right away.
