I’ve been back and forth with the customer service team via email, shown them all the proof that my subscription has been cancelled months now but I’m still getting charged and they were of no help

Lousy service
It keeps telling me that Im making a high volume of calls but that’s my job so I need you to make calling unlimited I wish I could review you guys without putting a star
I buy this app and it not making any call text plus why is that
Fix this now
Started Great at First then failed
Kept on missing all my calls after a while. My computer says there was an incoming call and the app wouldn’t even identify that there was an incoming call until a the call dropped…just f* aking irritating!!!
Does Not Work
I couldn’t receive calls even though I had a premium number. I could not make international calls after buying credit. Support advised that I delete the app and redownload it and now whenever I try to re download it just goes in a never ending loop. I have requested a refund and I have not been given a response

Unable to get a number
I tried getting a number multiple times but it just keeps saying an unexpected error occurred. I uninstalled and the app and then download it again like they suggested, but still nothing. So frustrating.
