Tried to restore my subscription after changing phone. It says my yearly subscription has expired when I only subscribed to it in April 2023. Please help.
experiencing crashes, cant even open the app rn :( its not fair since i’m under a subscription, i hope it gets fixed soon!
After downloading to my new device the app doesn’t work??? I can’t press the import media eventho I am subscribed to the app?? HELPPP PLEASEEEU
The app keeps showing “ an issue occurred while processing your subscription “ i have already updated the app yesterday, is there any reason for this ? I would really appreciate any assistance thank you! Plus i really love using this app!!
Unable to use the presets even after subscription
While the video filters are nice. I had problem restore my subscription! I had subscribed to a month, but then sudden the app didn’t allow me to edit videos after a few days. I clicked Restore but it kept showing errors! I removed subscription and subscribed again (which cost MORE money) and then same issue. The app still didn’t allow me to edit my 3 seconds video and kept asking me to subscribe !?!?! I got too frustrated that I uninstall the app and unsubscribed! Now I lost my money twice.
App is great, filters are amazing for my pic and video. However these 2-3 days when I tried to restore my monthly purchase/subscription. The app kept showing error message “an issue occurred while attempting to process your subscription. Please try again”. My next billing is 7 June so it doesn’t make sense why I can restore and use it! Please look into this
I decided to subscribe to the photo/video per month but I had a problem with the app saying to make subscription although I had already made payment hence not being able to use the features. Please fix this problem thank you
App opens and doesn’t show my album until I click to select from my list of albums. Please fix the bug to open Camera Album by default!
