I downloaded this app hoping it would simplify…. but it ended up being more trouble than it’s worth. The app crashes constantly, making it impossible to complete tasks. The interface is overly complicated, and several key features either don’t work or are extremely buggy. For example SIGN IN doesn’t function at all, even after reinstalling the app and following support instructions. I wouldn’t recommend this app in its current!
Don’t waste your time. This is a terrible app. I couldn’t even get past the registration. So frustrating, I ended up deleting it.
Didn’t work. Pointless
If something is out of stock it doesn’t validate charges your card then shows an error to check your account. They can’t tell you if the order went through or if the order was charged. You just have to wait and see if a meal turns up. Then wait until you get a bank statement to see if you get double charged as it failed twice!
The app totally ruins your mood and I no longer feel like eating here. Garbage app that still doesn’t work and must pay via app but it takes like 15 mins to take the payment. So, to get member price I must wait a further 15 plus minutes for it to work. Last time I gave up and paid and ordered at counter. I would leave now if it wasn’t for hungry kids with me
App doesn’t correctly reset passwords, not allowing to use the app.
Would be great but can’t make it past to even join to be a member. Really frustrating. What a waste.
The amount of inconsistencies between the actual menu and what’s available on the app is horrendous, almost half the menu isnt even available.
Unable to use promo code as advertised. Tried in person redemption but staffs couldnt work it out either. If the promotion has already expired why bother leaving them on the app page? Would you consider this false advertising?
Seriously don’t bother. Takes forever to sign up, then you take ages to place your order but you can’t pay until you get a text verification code which just never arrives! I literally showed the waitress my app order for her to take manually. Like a high school student designed it
