Thank you. I don’t know what else to say. This has been a life changing experience for me. 39 y old and thought I was born with “bad back” and hanging head. I was so wrong, which i finally realized after using this app. And now - My body feels so much better. I look better. Pains are gone. I learned so much from this about my body and the chain reactions. Small corrections in the Everdahl life. I’m happier, calmer and more relaxed. And I sleep better. (And then the little detail that my my posture is ✌️🙏)
