Just bad
I have been a loyal customer to Arlin and Maxi. I had no problems using Maxi’s old website, up until a few weeks ago when Arlin decided to upgrade and make a new website and app. Since this change has happened every attempt I make to sign into my account has been declined and it says I don’t have an account. I am paying $365 every year and am not able to receive my daily action and email. I have made multiple attempts to reach to Arlin and his support email - no response has been made. I am very disappointed with how this has turned out.
