I don’t like as anybody else to be disrupted by signing up just to continue with our order. Stop collecting your user’s information just to order.
Need too much personal info just to order some food and drink!
It took far too long to order a drink, option after option which wasn’t too bad but then you had to sign up before just being able to pay for your drink. Once filling in the very long sign up form you then have to fill in another pain staking card details form to pay for your drink. another crafty thing I didn’t like was a single of Gin is the first option on a selection it automatically selects the second option which is double and twice the price. This was very cheeky and crafty and shows the integrity of the company
Just send waiters already and stop scraping my data.
Password reset doesn’t seem to work
Stop asking me more information than my table number and my order…!
Why do I need to tell you my date of birth, email address and gender just to order a drink? That is nothing to do with Covid, it is purely an invasion of privacy
Disappointing to return to the Chiswick Firestation, after the stress of covid and lockdown, to finally bring my The Address members card and be told to download the app to order food; which was troublesome at best, and then that the card is no longer used. Wasn’t even busy either.
There should be options to order without apps. Too much data collected
