Purposely ignore your complaint until after the ‘allotted time allowed’ on refunds so that they never have to refund any payments. A completely dishonest way to run a business and needs investigating by Apples fraud department!

To the game developers and staff at Star Union Game, I feel compelled to share my thoughts on the recent events surrounding your game. It is disheartening to see how you handled a pricing error, placing the blame on the players and holding them accountable. Instead of rectifying the situation in a fair manner, you chose to undergo a deductive process, taking away everything that was rightfully purchased. To add insult to injury, you decided to give away free items to everyone, including those who had not procured the original package. What is even more concerning is your inability to provide a clear confirmation of the items that were given after taking our money. Furthermore, the fact that you refuse to offer refunds only adds to the frustration. This entire ordeal highlights a complete lack of accountability, integrity, and interest in justifying your actions. It is evident that the monetary loss we experienced is insignificant compared to the way you have chosen to protect yourselves. Your actions can only be described as pure fraud, incompetence, and a web of lies. Despite my unsuccessful attempts to communicate this issue to you and receive a response, I have decided to take action.

I was into this game until i purchased a gift pack, to be informed the gift pack wasn’t actually meant to have those things in and actually I’m getting another gift pack which was substandard. They still took my money, admitted they had released the wrong gift pack but still changed it after the monetary exchange. I was tricked into purchasing something by these developers. Their response is that they didn’t make me purchase the pack, I did it of my own will. Yes I did purchase the pack with the original contents in. Not the one that it was then changed for. Disgusting customer service and they don’t care. They got their money out of me, profited and that’s that.

They took my money for an in game purchase then took the items back as they posted it at the wrong price but will not refund. Completely false advertising and no sign of remorse except ‘compensation’ to all players whether they bought the pack or not.

The game has a lot of things to do. Unfortunately it is all highly repetitive and starts to feel like a second job. The PvP player element is also basic in the extreme requiring nothing more than a large disposable income. It is not at all interactive or requiring skill or intelligence. The customer service from the developer is also very poor and unhelpful, unfortunately this seems normal rather than the exception for them.

This company is a scam. They have illegally taken my funds. The game has inbound my Facebook account which denies me access into it account. I contacted the discord moderators and was abused and put on a ban. I contacted the developers directly and that have taken almost a week and I still have no access. THIS IS CORRUPTION IN IT’s highest form. I demand action to be taken. This game requires you to login habitually to complete tasks. I have had to spend money to level up my account. Everyday we get creature remains which is primarily the focus of the game. They have prevented me from playing or gaining any creature remains. They have on effect made me spend thousands and due to a flaw in their system they have locked me out. You expect that the support team will rectify this. Instead, they have taken almost one week and they REFUSE to provide the lost rewards or any reimbursement. HOW IN THE WORLD IS THIS ETHICAL. This company must be stopped. Why is no one taking action? If nothing happens I will have to report google or who ever allows them to exist and act in this manner. Staruniongames are doing illegal activities. You can make people pay for a pay to win game then prevent them access and do nothing. What happens to ALL my money spent over the years. This is beyond MESSED UP. I am going to blast this everywhere. This is wrong. No other business operates like that. I will take you to court. What ever country you hide in. I will habitually target your systems until my funds are retrieved. You database needs to be seized. Your organisation needs to be shut down.

This game uses false advertisement to attack player and most of all are pay 2 win players On top of that they don’t do anything against cyber bullying the only answer you get from there customer service is: “Sorry, fairy can not intervene in the matter between players” If someone tell you that there is a problem you should look into it and take action not bury your head in the sand as if the issue is not real Update 17/09/23: The game has been damaged by all the player that use money to get stronger, it’s been 2 weeks now that I’m reporting messages that clearly show that some player are bullying other and yet the answer from customer service is we will look into it, a game that is supposed to be fun and also welcoming is now full of toxicity and it start from the customer service people on discord down to the asian players Dear Dev, don’t bother to come with your standard response - just focus on your community and not the money that you can milk the players for.

This game is AWESOME but the people in this game are rude, they cuss and they are all mean overall
