Addictive

Its an addictive game. Im on level 297 now. Watching the ads is a minor shame you dont get diamonds when completing a level. But as far as simple addictive game play goes its a cracker. You should be able to select your starting weapon though

A time sink game designed for serving adverts

eibhei on

This is not an idle game, it’s an incremental game designed to get you to watch as many ads as possible to progress. Removing ads is not an option. The whole thing screams “we designed the monetisation strategy first and then fit a game around that.” If you don’t mind aggressive monetisation then this may well be for you. But if you want a true idle game, go play Universal Paperclips. If strategy games are your thing, play Polytopia or Rusted Warfare. The Army had potential, but it is ultimately not The One chief. Spend your time elsewhere.

Annoying af

You cannot win without watching ads. You cannot skip ads. You cannot exit the ads. You don’t have the option to stop ads. Too bad, this game has potential.

Poor

It’s ok! But there are a few bugs that limit watching ads to receive free coins

Ads, but no reward!

Rancor 5000 on

Everyone there is an ad (approx every 2 seconds) the ad just crashes before the end and you don’t get any reward. And before I get a reply saying ‘HaVE yOu UpdATed YOuR SoFTWArE?’ Yes I have and this doesn’t happen with any other app I use.

Pointless

There’s no way of getting your soldiers to attack so they just focus on the money blocks and not the enemies hitting them

Good game but AI is abysmal

The game is fun but when my soldier turn away from the enemies to destroy blocks it is very annoying and always ruins my runs, pls fix.

Brute Force the game

Frilanski on

Turns out the interesting thing about war games is the strategy. The fact that, with the right ideas, you can gain an advantage over an opponent without necessarily outnumbering them. The Army is the inverse of this. You deploy and upgrade -1iq units with 0 control over their priorities when they’re actually fighting so the only contribution you make is flinging more units at the problem. The lack of any idle mechanics really makes it a slog. Not worth the time.

People don’t turn in time

Your players don’t acknowledge the enemies until they’ve already hit you twice or more. Makes it a bit silly and annoying.

Quite an achievement 😂

This is probably the worst game I’ve ever played and I’ve played 100’s on the iPhone. I dunno, it just has nothing going for it really
