The Athletes Compound

The Athletes Compound app is a new program designed for athletes to be able to workout from anywhere. This program will help you with your strength, speed and agility on the ice. You will be able to workout with our trainers, former NHL player Lubos Bartecko and Matej Ilenick.
My Hockey Life will help you step by step through the process with any questions you might have. We are here to help you achieve your goals.
You will also be able to communicate with other athletes in the community created on the app. Set up challenges for each other to help push yourselves to achieve your goals.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE APP AND PURCHASE OPTIONS
By signing up, you will get access to subscription(s) that include features such as progress tracking, and offline sync.
The download of The Athletes Compound is free of charge. Should you use The Athletes Compound to access in-app content via available subscription(s), a payment will be charged to your credit card after the trial period ends and when a subscription renews. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.
Subscription(s) can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.
