The app is problematic, and even after a number of years it is still very buggy. I’ve deleted and installed this app so many times, but right now the issue is it won’t log in. Ive reset the PIN code and it just keeps looping back to the initialization screen of “login” or “sign up” - and then it forgets the pin I’ve just set moments ago. Running the forget pin just recenters the loop of never ending nothingness. Seriously, fix this app as I’ve been silver and now can’t even access anything.

This apps has bugs after the recent updates. It was much better before.

Since they changed the app to the new version its open one time by mistake and thousands not. So you will not be able to get your discount or points. Keep loading all time with the waiting screen when tried to access the membership code and details. Please advise your team to enhance this matter because really it doesn’t match your branding and this is a humble advise from black member.

If I could give it a zero I would. Never works. Never synchs. Completely hopeless. Clearly made by the Chairman’s nephew or some other idiot.

It never works!!! Lost lots of loyalty points because I could not access my membership profile.

App never works, and doesn’t open when you need it! Therefore couldn’t utilize the benefits and discounts. Therefore the transactions are not registered and get stuck on the same tier! When the App doesn’t work, after several attempts they all promise that someone will contact you and update the transactions manually, and no one ends up calling. This App is not Atlantis standards!
