I have contacted developer to mention that certain information was not true. A short discussion about sources followed. Since I was captain of that particular flight I know exactly what the problem was, but I am most probably not at liberty to say, but the story as laid down is at least 80% incorrect. For me personally I think the information is only of any use if it’s true and not some kind of personal conclusion of some facts.
