I can’t open the app???? There’s problems!!!

I signed up for Blink around March 2022, it’s been a year and 2 months and from the start there’s been issues that they couldn’t fix even a year after release. Them being: 1: Cardless withdrawals can’t be done (they never send an OTP) 2: Biometric authentication doesn’t work every time and sometimes it doesn’t even show up. 3: Customer support can be lacking from time to time. Matter of fact, it’s actually gotten worse since release with issues such as: 1: They never issue or deliver their cards anymore, I requested a card two times since I lost the original (One time in June 2022 and the other in February 2023) Aramex never got back and the customer service isn’t helpful. 2: Red card apps have been closed for about a year. 3: They take cash from your account at times because you’ve done some “international transactions” in the past (basically paying online) Lackluster service. Either open a regular Capital Bank account or search for better alternatives. Blink is probably dead and it will only get worse as time goes on.

After trying this app for about a year now, its still buggy, you cant send your own money to another account ( through normal transactions or CliQ), my card was requested months ago not delivered until now. I cant withdraw my money!!! This is not acceptable for such a big bank.

Hello, I downloaded the app and went through the steps, simple and straight forward. It read my National ID (front and banck) without and issue, it asked for my selfie, I tried a lot to give it a picture but it did not accept it, so I did a selfie and Voila: I have an IBAN number. I transferred some money into the account from my other bank. Looking forward to start using Blink in my daily transactions. Well done…

طبعا التواصل عن طريق الشات من اسواء ما يكون بطولوا كثير ليردوا و ردودهم فيها استهزاء و تحدي من ١٨/١ مسجل و عاساس يومين بتكون عندي البطاقة طبعا اول فترة اتهموا ارامكس انهم تاخروا و بعدين صار مشكلة و خلال هالاسبوع بتكون البطاقة عندك و هيك ضحك على العملاء و استهزاء اشهر طبعا التطبيق الفيس اي دي ما بشتغل فيه و التواصل عبر الاتصال عن طريق التطبيق ما بشتغل بس منظر و دعايتهم انو ٢٤/٧ يعني كابيتال بنك كان لازم يسلم هالمشروع برايي لحدا عندو خبرة بهالمجال تطبيق بنك الاتحاد و البنك العربي ممتازين ليش هاد هيك ما بعرف

Stay away from this neobank, it’s incredibly inefficient, their app is a joke and full of bugs. In trying to be modern and flashy it has a failing UX. I had an issue since two months and they are still working on solving it.

My card didn't delivered until now i opened my account more than 3 weeks and i try hard to call your number and no response

يعني انبسطنا وحكينا تطبيق ممتاز وخاصه في هل وقت الي سوق العملات الرقميه فيه نشط في كل العالم .. يحتاج الواحد لهيك بطاقه الفكره جدا رائعه وممتازه ولكن التطبيق جدا فاشل وبده شغل كثير كثير كثير لحتى ينافس يعني لو ما نزلتو التطبيق وهو لسى مش مكتمل افضل . بل نسبه الي خلاص تجربه وكانت فاشله بكل معنى الكلمه حتى تلفون ما في ايميل ما بردو بقدر احكي انه تطبيق SCAM .
