App has Face ID for log in but then directs subscriber to Sph website to log in again! I hate the point of the Face ID. Subscriber is required to relog in every few days. Not user friendly. I’m canceling my subscription

I bought a costly subscription and the first thing I see when I open the app is a huge advertisement plastered all over the screen that is super hard to close and ruins the app experience.

The advertisement placement is bad and it gets accidentally clicked and triggered so easily. It’s irritating. Thanks.

Updated to 7.2.15 (28), the dark mode in myBT needs improvement. The gray background is too glaring.

As a subscriber, why am I subjected to advertisements in the paid version of the application? Could we have a premium version without the ads?

May I ask which is the correct BT app, this BT 45 or originally there’s another BT in black print; and in ipad it’s BT in sky blue for ipad? So which is the correct one to download?

The content is not updated in the various sections. To keep up with the latest content, have to go to the ePaper which is hard to read on mobile phone and thus making the app pointless.

This app still has bugs affecting the logging in/out of different devices. As my subscription package is for 1 device at a time, it appears that it’s eternally stuck with my iPhone. There’s just no way for my iPad to log in again (after my logging out from iPhone ). I raised this issue to Business Times feedback section but it seems all quiet ( asleep? ) at the department.

App is unstable and hangs often, particularly when accessing through a separate link.

Valiant effort to enable a tablet version of the app for better reading, but it has been a while with no improvement to the app that keeps crashing on tablet. Surely the enhancement to the app can be better done!
