Very good app very helpful
I downloaded this app in desperation with my ongoing stomach issues. There are so many options to listen to - hypnosis, breathing exercises and useful information. Jayne has the most wonderful soothing voice, and the hypnosis journeys are beautifully written so are a pleasure to listen to. As I said, there’s also plenty of variety so you can listen to different things each day. I have found it very relaxing and calming, and definitely notice an easing of some of my symptoms. Brilliant app, I highly recommend it.
This app has greatly improved symptoms that have lasted over 10 years. You have to follow the instructions and do it everyday (can be less than 10 mins) but 8-12 weeks in you suddenly realise your symptoms are reducing and this has continued. Good price compared to other similar programs and regular new content. It’s a cliche but I wish I had done this years ago.
Listen to this every other day and really recommend - it’s not only useful for gut health but also general mental health! I previously used Nerva, but find this so much more flexible and also goes beyond IBS.
This app is amazing, and I can’t recommend it enough! I’ve used other apps for IBS in the past, but nothing helped until I found this app. I’ve been using it daily for a few weeks now, and I can already feel an improvement in my symptoms. The app offers hypnosis sessions tailored to specific needs, powerful affirmations, and much more. Not to mention, Jayne’s voice is so calm and pleasant. I use the hypnotherapy sessions to help with my IBS and have been able to reduce use of medications as a result.
I have done many, many meditations and Hypnosis in my life but I have never come across anything so soothing, calming and effective as Jaynes voice. Having had crohns and now running my own business, life can be stressful, yet I can listen to this voice and within MINUTES I come back into my body. I cannot rate this and recommend Jaynes app highly enough.
I’ve used this app for a while and find it very relaxing, calming and therapeutic. Jayne’s lovely calm voice, visualisations and breath work take you off somewhere else for a time, leaving you switched off, with an inner calm. I use it most days, once or twice and it’s definitely helped calm my body. I find this app far superior to some of the more commercial ones where a lot of the voices are very jarring and hard. Can highly recommend it.

I have started with this app a few weeks ago. I find it very helpful - there are lots of different recordings to listen to to suit different issues and what works for you. Personally I like the sea and pool visualisations - very calming. It has helped eased my anxiety too. Jayne has a very soothing voice and the background music helps too. I’ve found her explanations about IBS very clear and help me understand what is going on. Jayne also couldn’t have been more helpful and patient when I had problems signing into the app - all easily resolved. Thank you Jayne!
