The app simply doesn’t work. It asked me to register but my subscription isn’t working. I can’t read any articles, or put in the details for my account. Really wish this would get fixed. I love the Caravan but without access to the articles through a flagship app or Apple News, it’s a little inconvenient on the go.
I paid for an annual subscription for Caravan. For a week now I am unable to register or read any of the articles. The registration link is an endless loop. How do I get a refund?
Hi caravan, I had purchased a magazine through an iOS app and it is now not letting me download until I register. When I try to register the app just gets stuck and stays on that page forever. Can you let me download the magazine , it’s a bit frustrating
They haven’t even bothered to update this in 3 years and you can’t access your own account if you’re a paying member on Caravan. I really don’t get the point of making the app if you’re not gonna support it. Doesn’t even have a dark mode. I’d rate it less if I could.
I can’t login and am unsure whom to even contact!
Caravan really goes into the details and comes up with illuminating and unique conclusions. Worth the subscription!
A pleasure to read... Well researched, curated articlea with gripping narrative and excellent photography. I look foward to every new edition! App functionality somewhat limited by the platform, but very readable on smartphone or tablet formats.
I am glad I am able to read Caravan on iOS. It will be great if we can toggle to Text version and also save individual articles.
App doesn't work. Wouldn't let me download any of the issues after I subscribed (except, conveniently, the previews to sucker unsuspecting visitors). They should write an article on journalists pilfering from the App Store for the next issue.
This is nothing but a scanned content of the magazine's paper version. You are better of reading this magazine on the web or through a reader-site like pocket. The reading experience is dismal for such good ,exciting content..
