Could not be worse - total afterthought

This gets worse and worse. It either won’t load or refresh. I have had to reinstall so many times. It’s very frustrating.

The integration with my lander doesn’t work, I can book a class no problems and ‘click’ add to calendar but it doesn’t. I have given it the correct privileges and re-installed the app. Other than that’s it’s an ok app. Does what it says on the tin.

Everytime I try book a class or use the app I have to reset my pin and provide all my details to enable me to login. The app does not remember me or my details. Is not working for me at all.

Worst app ever!! Considering the amount of money I’m paying to use a health club and they can’t get a decent app! Every time I try and book on a class just says there’s a problem. Just been told to call to book why am I paying so much money and I can’t book a class??!

Repeatedly unable to ‘find club’ unable to quickly and reliably book a class. No improvement over last 18 months. Just Not good enough- frustration ruins membership experience.

Please sort this app out, one minute it’s fine next a waste of time. You have to log on five minutes before booking takes place. Then when the clock goes to 7.30 pm booking is not open, you then have to go back to home page and go to book a class. By this time your lucky if you get in. With the latest issue one minute you can book a class and the next it does not appear on the app.

Major problem with Home Screen regarding class bookings. If you’re on the waitlist for a class, the Home Screen says ‘Booked’. This is dreadful. I recently attended a class and had to leave because of this. If you tap on the ‘Booked’ class, it then tells you if you’re actually on the class or the waitlist. I don’t see how this can be portrayed as a software ‘feature’. It’s non-intuitive to the nth degree.

Shocking app considering it needs to be used to book classes. Agree with all reviews by the time you actually get to view classes your on the waiting list it takes such a long to load up. I’m continually having to delete app and reload, it’s quicker to phone the club and book that way. Half the time can’t see classes/activities available for my children as their names don’t always appear on the app considering they have full kid membership. Please please sort as the app could be so much better.
