They sign you out, you lose your money
This latest update signed me out of my account after 2 years of being signed in. What’s the effect? My purchased coffee is now inaccessible. There’s no way to get in because I don’t have that number anymore. Do they ever collect an email? Nope. You can’t sign people out of their account and then cause them to lose their account and purchases. Stop tying everything to a phone number when people change phone numbers. That’s not ok.
