This is a fantastic app to stay motivated in your endeavor to get fit and healthy in both body and mind. The app works great just give yourself time to learn how to use it. Any questions look at the website or contact the most helpful support I have ever met. Really quick to reply and basically amazing. Don’t miss out on the community with the most supportive, encouraging and caring group of people. Be careful this app is addictive!

The Challenge is great, but the app keeps crashing.

The new app is fast, slick, and fun to use. Many great features. I loved the old app, but this is so much fresher, easier to use, and always works. Love it 🤩

Fantastic app and great features. I log everything manually. I want to see right away where I am on the map. So I don’t use the synchronization option. I can highly recommend this app.

The past two medals I have received have taken several weeks. My current medal has been stuck in the same status of “awaiting acceptance” for over 10 days. I reached out to support, and they say anywhere from 1-3 weeks. It seams kinda like they don’t have inventory and drop ship the items from China after you complete the challenge. How about getting a medal made as soon as the purchase is completed and have it on hand for immediate shipping.

You have sent me many ither emails so I know you got the email correct. Please advise asap as I’ve been waiting several days for this info.

My grandson and I have been doing the challenges throughout the summer. The medals have been great motivator to get off the couch and get moving. Beyond the medals: the postcards, videos, pictures, and 360 degree views of locations throughout the journey have added to the total experience. The opportunity to have trees planted or plastic bottles kept out of the oceans gives you feeling of better the environment. We have completed 5 challenges so far and look forward to continuing our journey about the world!
