I truly appreciated Jaclyn’s approach. Her classes are designed for maximum benefit while being safe - pushing to fatigue muscles without injury. One of the greatest benefits is having better body awareness, spinal alignment, and strength. You will not be disappointed, rather, you’re most likely to crave it. Your body will thank you.
I have been taking live Zoom classes with Jaclyn for two years and her focus and passion to get each movement right, no matter how big or how small, has allowed me to strengthen my body in a way that doesn’t put too much pressure on my muscles, but gets results. I have always been a high intensity cardio person, but Jaclyn has showed me to step back from that and focus on consciously strengthening my body and mind. I cannot wait to take her classes in person!
Jaclyn is one of the few people I’ve met who is not just incredibly passionate about what she does but she’s incredibly knowledgeable as well. She’s the first instructor I’ve encountered who tailors workouts to go deeper than the usual gym fare, while being very careful as to set up positioning and angles and cue them appropriately to avoid either working the wrong muscle or wearing on a muscle that could later result in injury. She cares about your long-term journey and I’ve never done any workout that has actually given me so much strength and confidence, all while encouraging positivity toward yourself, to not compete but push yourself, and to be okay with where you are. I highly recommend all of Jaclyn’s classes - yoga, barre, cardio and Pilates. I’ll be with her for as long as possible!
