I am a real estate agent and writing contracts all the time. This tool makes it so easy to calculate all the dates that go in various fields.

Ads make it too prohibitive to use.

So, this works well. The ads were so irritating that I payed for it. And now, I get asked on the regular to DONATE to the app. Do not buy this app. SO not worth the aggravation.

Figuring days for financial docs is not easy, but this tool is the answer. It’s a great way to check on loan interest.

What is the point of creating an app just to put ads in front of users? I thought apps were supposed to be useful, not revenue streams for ads for other crap software! Which is what this app is, complete waste of time. Pretty sure any positive reviews here were created by the developer.

They say to pay in order to remove Ads. They DO remove the adds. BUT then you are repeatedly asked to “support” the app. So, they remove the Ads, but continue to nag you for more. It works for the simplistic calculations it does. However, I’m still deleting the app even though I paid, because I don’t like being conned.
