I have been using this product for a year now, this sunscreen has been great on my skin.

Delay in delivering products Worst customer care services Delay in initiating refund

I ordered a sunscreen, but I received a damaged product, the sunscreen tube is torn from sides and cream is spread all over the cap of the tube after opening, I submitted a return request, no response from their side..

Please never buy anything from this website as I buy under eye cream from Derma co and pay online after some days they cancel my parcel by it self no confirmation from the company about my parcel and then I raised a company about it and want my refund back so send a mail to me that they transfer my refund back but when I check my bank statement there is no payment done from their end.. they are fraud pls never trust on this website….

I ordered 3 products in “buy 2 get 3” sale but i have received only 1 product and the order detail contains 3 quantities. Also i have received the nail if all products delivered. Tried reaching customer care but the helpline no. Is switched offf . Messaged on “contact us” section in the app as “ incomplete order received” but no response back as if kow. Its been 3 days and i m still not able to reach Dermaco helpline . Worst app and company! Dont fall into this scam . Dr Purvi Raghuvashi

Agar suggestion ke liye call kro to call nhi uthta hai , Bilkul kuch order mt krna refund nhi aata hai , Jb customer care me call krne ka try kro call mhi uthta hai , Number not available aata hai

I have ordered my product on 10JUN and till now my order is not received, tracking details showing that it was reached my destination on 17Jun, so wr is my product, we cant reach you ppl or the courier service. I am regular user of derma co and I love the products but the service is poor for delivering the orders. If i ordered your products from other third party apps it will delivered fastly, so wht is d purpose to do it from the app or site. Please let me knw d status or refund my amount. There s no cancellation option showing in your page.

I dint received my order but its showing already delivered. Its a prepaid product . Im enabled to contact . The jum mentioned in google is also fake its not reachable. Entirely this Derma co brand is fake .

worst app i order the some products.the delivery date was after 8 days but after 10 days no response from them even i sent email to them still not respond.and i tracked my order on the app their showing wrong date and the one thing is the most funny and so weird i order my product on 8 june and the tracking status they showing expected delivery date 1 june . really bad experience never had in life 👎

I ordered very first time from this app , and i received only half of the product, are they really making us all fool ? in app it shows that the product has been delivered and what i get was just half of the products , I tried to contact them, but their email is idk what it is they are not receiving messages, like wow . Guys don’t order from this stupid app. Worst experience tbh
