I cancel this subscription months ago due to the app not properly working this app been charged me 5.99 a month and i keep sending email that i want to cancel subscription and i receive an email back saying my email can't be delivered is insane but i can receive the email that my payment didn't go through even when it did it a scam

I am being charged for months of not having an account. There's no way to contact support to stop this stealing. Please be careful.

Don’t even waste your time!!! They haven’t fixed this issue in months!! Go watch something else.. you can’t login at all.. once you create a account it doesn’t send you a email and it keeps saying USER NOT ACTIVE… DO BETTER DOSH!!! This should’ve BEEN handled !!

Don’t subscribe because u still won’t receive the service! I paid for service, received the email confirming my service, then received an email service is cancelled but they kept my mmoney!!! And there no way to contact them! NO support, service or money back!

It will let me watch the first 2 episodes of house of fades then says error everything else. Y’all gotta do better this is crazy I didn’t spend my money just for this not to work

If you having a hard time signing up & it saying phone number already exists, click the link in their IG bio & create an account using the web browser first not the app. Once you created your account, go back to app & log in.

If you it’s not allowing you to sign up like me go to their website and make an account there and on here you can just log in from there. I think it’s bug or something and it’s says every number I used has already been used.
