The app is broken. I entered my email address and tried to enter my password. It didn’t work. I attempted password recovery - and I definitely used the correct email address. The email with my recovery password never came after more than 20 attempts. Emailing customer service got a bizarre response about how proud they are of their classes on the app… and absolutely NO assistance to me to open the app. Probably canceling my membership over this.

The app has not worked for me since creation; the other one was fine, but I never could get on this one.

I’m new to Edge and can’t log on to app.

Ever since they made a new app for no reason, I am both unable to log in or reset password. FIX YOUR BUGS

Update 1/6/24 After at least three updates the same exact issues continue. Doesn’t recognize login credentials, doesn’t send password reset email. It’s officially been a year since this app worked for me. Perhaps I am the fool for thinking maybe this update will be the one that works. Update 8/27/23: after two app updates since my last review on 6/1 it still doesn’t work!!! Incredible! As of 6/1/23 I STILL can’t sign into the app! This app hasn’t worked since January after multiple updates! The developers should really be embarrassed at this point.

I haven’t been able to long in to the app since I restarted my membership a month ago.

Unable to sign in to app, I haven’t been able to sign in for months. Every time I reset my password, it says an email is sent to reset the password but no email is ever sent to reset my password.

I’m enjoying everything so far about the club from the variety of equipment to the classes offered. I hope the facility maintains the cleanliness of the equipment and the facility, especially in the locker rooms and showers. Way to go, Edge!

I haven’t been able to add my gym pass to my wallet since the last update.

App won’t open on Home Screen, getting “oh no seems like we’re having trouble opening” But when I go to App Store, type in edge, and click “open” the app opens and runs. Please fix the bug it’s been happening for awhile now. Thank you. Also on “check in history” why do the check in times repeat 3,4,5 times? It looks ugly and takes up the whole screen by being repeated. It should be more neatly coded to display your actual check in time, this way 4 days of checking in doesn’t fill up 14 lines!!!!
