Had some issues with people not responding but the customer service is top notch. Had an issue with downloading the app and was able to speak with the co founder on the phone in less than five minutes. Issue was resolved and he followed up with me afterwords to ensure I had everything I needed. Extremly impressed.

Grateful to have discovered this fantastic app! The concept of renting from neighbors is truly ingenious. It turned out to be even more straightforward than I had anticipated. The app's user-friendliness is outstanding. It proved to be the ideal solution for tackling those small or big home renovations without the expense of purchasing new tools!

I was not able to send message, book a tool, or edit profile if I register by Apple. But I tried later to create a new account, everything works.

The app is a great idea! I have rented dozens of times without any problems. The system does however have room for improvement when it comes to ease of use. The app is a great idea and I’m sure it will only grow in the future!

I don’t do much edge joining but when I do a jointer is a must. With this app I found a person in my area renting one out. It’s been awesome.

I love that I can rent a tool locally from my fellow dads without breaking the bank. Already recommend some friends here

They keep deleting my reviews instead of realizing that there app is a scam

No one replies to their messages. Not sure if this is a scam or not

I love the app and have just rented out my first tool. I trust that the return will go smoothly. Here is a small suggestion to improve user experience. Think of a better sender for your outbound notifications. I just got my first bulletin board notification and it came from “Do Not Reply”. I would prefer to know that it is from you if possible.
