Switching issues

I was playing in S122 and reached castle level 16. I created a farm fort and bind it to Facebook account but now unable to go back to my main castle as that has also been bind to my other Facebook account. Moreover no support available at any platform for this. I’m very disappointed.

Racism

Hi I am playing this game from last two months . My castle born in server 79 and then it will merge with server 74 but the problem is this game is played by most of Arabs peoples and they always talk in Arabic which other wont able to understand. Second thing is some of them are pretty racist in game . I message to developers many times but they won’t gonna listen . I put my case to apple and they really listen to me very precisely and take action .

Developers are greedy

Being playing this game on and of for 4 years and have had nothing but issues they want you to spend money but the keep you in a server with Six players who the heck we gonna fight Server 384 needs a merger and we are all not spending until we get a merger like you guys promised how we gonna keep playing in a dead server please explain this in your response 👍 No one on the server will spend until we get what was promised and date set but always excuses

DO NOT DOWNLOAD- Farm Personal Data

Do not download this game. I did to get points for my Fetch App. After the promotion expired I contacted Babel Games to get my personal data deleted and to delete my game. They gave me such a hard time deleting, almost refusing to let me delete it. Broken English and everything. They asked me to verify things that I had no clue on because they do not provide action receipts. Once through that nightmare they told me I had to wait 7 days so I could change my mind. They asked me for my email and said they would email me after 7 days to that email which they did not do. They only messaged me within the app. They then proceeded to tell me that the deletion of my information would take months and goodbye. This all took 3 weeks. Absolutely ridiculous.

I have approached Babil games to delete my Data three times. You start on their website and give them you game name and ID number than you receive an email in which they ask the same questions again . They also ask what your issue is . I politely replied with the info again and expressed that there was no issue with the game . My second email is always that the Ticket was closed . I also have another player in the game which I can’t access via facebook anymore. Like baby reindeer they just don’t let go of you .They are not helpful. Terrible
