I’ve tried entering my surname and the confirmation number from my email and it just keeps giving an error message. Sounds like once you get in it doesn’t actually work anyhow.
First off mobile check in doesn’t work because they have a different number for check in in comparison to sites like hotels.com, then check in in person had a wait of 3 hours. Even after we checked in at 6pm, we found out they don’t have any rooms clean so we have to wait for that, as well as to even get the cards so we can’t leave the main area after 4 hours Extremely unprofessional
I couldn’t check in, as it wouldn’t process my credit card. The digital key doesn’t work. Don’t bother downloading it.
Would be useful with an actually open the door. As many others have noted simply doesn’t work. Also has very limited information about the actual facility.
It lets you check out from this but doesn’t show you the breakdown or the charges. You can’t order food to the room. It really shows you what’s on the website.
It wouldn’t open our room door, there was no check-out feature (even though we were instructed to use the app to check out), and most of the time the entire app wouldn’t even open. I just got a blank page. Really frustrating. I’d rather have not had the app at all.
Luckily I got 2 card keys at the front desk when we checked in because it would not open the door. It would get as far as searching and then have an error. Didn’t trust it to do anything else properly. Judging from all the other complaints they should remove it until it is perfected. As an owner I consider this as an embarrassing blot on The Grove that needs fixing.
Probably one of the least intuitive and poorly operating apps I’ve used. Crashes, digital key is slow and nothing good inside. No technology. They ask for you to check out with it but preparing Thanksgiving dinner is easier.
Half the features literally do not work. Can’t check in. Can’t use messaging. Waste of space.
