The Gym Pod

The 6-pax GRID Gym Pod in Pasir Ris Carpark D was closed without ANY warning. I spent over $1k on it last year including the start of this year. I also bought the membership recently because I thought I could use the discounted pricing. All the other Gym Pods in the east are now TOO small to fit 4-6 people. I’m frustrated because I wasn’t given a heads-up or reason for the closure of the Gym Pod in carpark D even when I contacted customer support. Also, the air conditioning and equipment for certain pods are terrible. Now, me and 5 other people I gym with are all going to subscribe to Anytime Fitness. Peace.

Lousy payment system that does not remember credit card and have to key in with every booking

Came with a friend to Rumble @ Pasir Ris Park Carpark D pod to exercise for 1.5 hours on 14 March 2023. I was told that the speed bag was not working in the equipment, however, when I went there the double end bag was busted and the boxing spar bar foam padding came off while I was using it. It was already loose before but I didn’t know so when I was punching the bar and it swing back and forth. The foam padding on the bar came off and it hit me in my left jaw extremely hard. I have wrote the feedback in the gympod app and I am disappointed by what they told me on 15 March 2023. They offered me 15% off on my next booking with Rumble @ Pasir Ris Carpark D. Which will be expiring on 29 March 2023. You dare to give me an expiration date and only 15% off? Hello, your stupid faulty equipment hit my left jaw. Luckily it wasn’t serious but all I get is 15% off? Ridiculous! I do not recommend anyone to go to Rumble @ Pasir Ris Park Carpark D due to the crappy environment and equipments. Beware for Rumble @ Buangkok Square Mall too. Could be the same management.

Tried to get an OTP multiple times but received nothing 🥺 so I basically can’t use the app.

Honestly gym are small for most of them and the price !!?? I mean it's 10.17$ a session after GST for only 30 mins. Any other gyms is cheaper and I'm not even talking about activesg which is only 3.3$ if you non SG...Good for them if they make money and it's definitely not worth it.

What more can i ask for from a pay-per-use private gym located less than 5 min away from my house? The flexibility and convenience has enabled and encouraged me to pursue a healthier life despite being a very lazy person. Being a very self conscious person i genuinely appreciate the privacy that the pod provides for a shame-free work out

Last time I go those big big gym my wife not happy … she say got a lot of young girl wear skimpy clothing scare I go there look look see see. So I go gym pod and she ok … cos got no one else there ma private gym … got no chiobu for me to see … also cos is pay-per-use then I dunnid scare subscription ah … sometimes I go once a month cos I lazy … so save money also no pressure go gym every week … then sometimes I bring my wife wif me … then she no need self-conscious compare herself to other chiobu … but of cos my wife most chio la … flexible and convenient I give 5 star
