I love this game, best part of this game is the single devs love and passion that clearly goes not only into creating a game but a community, listening to the community and acting upon what the community wish. Love the content in the game excited to see the future of this game.

Amazing game that is growing fast with live updates from the developer in game taking player feedback to the next level. Only one slight issue and ozymandias can’t fix it apple is so slow to verify updates that we are waiting for the new content again Google has already given it the ok hurry up apple!

I used to play the original TIB and have nearly a decade of gameplay in that game. TIB2 expands on this game and it’s similarly brilliant. First off, it’s 100% free. No ads. There is an in-game currency but it’s definitely not required. Many players are free to play. The game features PvE and PvP content. Personally I love farming PvE so that’s were I focus. There are no major losses to in-game death so it really is a game you can get to grips with and play for months and months. Lastly the community of players is awesome, unlike anything I’ve ever seen. So if you like space games with shed loads of progression, then this could be for you.

Loved the first version of The Infinite Black several years ago, so was thrilled to see the new version. The community spirit in your Corp is excellent, with lots of people tell help with my dumb questions. The number of permutations of how you build your ship with different gear can be a bit overwhelming at first, until you’re at peace with the idea that there is no “one best build” that you frequently get with other games. There are numerous “best” options, Which I’ll figure out as I keep gaming. Just a brilliant MMO!

Small players can’t get the better ships because of the greed of corp leaders and officers all wanting all their fleets done first cool-downs are ridiculous long on some ships you should have doubled resources to make ships and have no cool downs. I’ve been stuck in the same battleships from day 2 with no prospect of getting better ships because of greed you should be able to grind hard and get your reward for it not 6 months later if your lucky.

If you love games with a great social aspect to complement a game you can play anytime of the day or night with no waiting around, you’re in for a treat. Give it a whirl, first few hours you’ll be finding your feet, get in with a helpful corp and you’ll never put it down. Cantona7

Been playing the game for a few weeks and I’m struggling to put it down. There’s always 1 more level to get, 1 more alien to kill, one more resource that can be harvested. Solo play is a little tricky to begin with, and you will need to pause your PVE to heal (like most games). Then it’s straight back to it, once you have your own fleet of ships on the go the game gets easier in the lower tiers of maps. You can then challenge yourself once more and progress through the tiers and into the “Elite” maps per say with harder aliens and more focus required. Not really any negatives to the game at this stage, very friendly and close knit community all round.

Years of development and now years of great gameplay. Play as an individual, join a corporation, fight in an arena …. If you want a tactical space masterpiece then this is it.
