Because the app uses location services and I work at sea with no phone signal, it will not function. This has prevented me from writing exams for over a year now. Numerous calls for this to be fixed remain unanswered.

IF THERE WAS A 0 STAR I WOULD GIVE IT THAT. It constantly stops working mid exam and does not upload all the info. it is so inconvenient and distracting. I absolutely hate this app. It has ruined many off my exams

Absolutely terrible app. Wrote 2 final exams and both time the app crashed resulting in me not being able to upload any of the 3 hours i had just written.

If I could give ZERO stars I would, this app is the worst developed app I have ever used. After having full access to my laptop, it doesn't properly upload any of my data. I received ZERO for all of my tests due to Invigilators incompetence. Try reaching out to their support team, and they are just as useless.

If I could give this app a 0 I would, absolute awful app, doesn’t work properly and flags you for things you didn’t even do, then you sit with trouble from your varsity as they give you 0 for doing absolutely nothing wrong all down to this dreadful app. App Store please remove this app.

The software is terrible, and is Near impossible to write tests on due to continuous lags , freezing and glitches !

My marks are being withheld as I flagged by the app. I didn’t cheat, i live alone so there was no else around while i was writing. No one will tell me why i got flagged.

This app is saying my university email is not valid but that is not true .. When I messaged the WhatsApp number it said it can’t help me and I must message them closer to a assessment. This is ridiculous!
