These Dance Cardio, HIIT, and Tone workouts are led by Broadway performers, professional dancers, and former Rockettes - all trainers certified through nationally accredited organizations. Years of pushing our limits in performance have given us an intuitive understanding of what it takes to get to a high level of athleticism and strength, which we share with our clients.

Our videos provide a variety of workouts with movements that are simple, effective and safe, no matter your level. We prioritize proper form and biomechanics with clear instructions. Our goal is to make you feel strong and confident in yourself, no matter your level.

Founded by Beth Nicely, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and PROnatal Pre/Postnatal Specialist.

In addition to over a decade of personal training experience, including top celebrities, models, and athletes, Beth has been a professional dancer for 18 years. She was a Radio City Rockette and has been in 6 Broadway shows. She was most recently on the choreography team for Netflix’s "The Prom”.

These hard, but really fun, workouts are designed to push you to your limit and then beyond. It’s no surprise that so many of them refer to sessions with her affectionately as Death by Beth!

This is such a fun and tough set of workouts. If you start with the beginner videos and build, your endurance and strength will go through the roof. Trainers are great fun, super inspirational, and encouraging 👍🏻

I’ve been with the Limit since it started and it is one of the best parts of my day every day! I love using the on demand workouts not only because they’re fun and challenging but you can do them anywhere - small hotel room, limited floor space, anything. The community is amazing and I couldn’t be happier!

These workouts are always fun but so so hard. They give great modifications and it’s great to feel like I have something I’m working towards. I love their emphasis on single leg stability too. Really helpful!!!! Also love that they have a variety of lengths so I can squeeze them in when it works for me!

I love this app!! It has such a variety of workouts, from 50 min full body to 5 min muscle focused exercises! It so easy to use and I always feel super satisfied when I finished! And of course I love the energy of all the instructors and the professional and fun way they guide you through the exercises!! Highly recommend!!
