Never sell and buy anything from this company, I purchased a Prada bag for 1150$ it was so big than pictures and same day I asked for refund they said no refund and when I want to resell with them same bag in 1 week ( I never used) they offer me 500$..
I have placed an order for a LV bag as per the photograph it was in very good condition, I got the delivery in a broken condition, it was a long fight over phone to get the refund , it was so stressful and frustrating to deal with the call center. I suggest you take more care when handling with customers hard earned cash

Very poor customer service even for the so-called VIP service. Items posted online with huge markups to the retailer meaning they cannot be sold. When you ask for the items to be returned they hold onto them with no response and take weeks to return them. Even now they are holding items I requested returned. And then charge you a penalty fee. Terrible.
1. Wish list need more options 2. Details of used items need to be highlighted more in the picture so we can visualize it. 3. Loyal customers need more services 4. App security it’s important 5) reduce prices since they are used items
Buying with TLC is ok, but selling is a nightmare. They are tricking you with the highest possible margin, and then adding all the additional fees on top of that, so you might end with 60% on the top of the original payout for yourself. They took my new bag with all the original packaging and they did not return the same package, just the bag, and now they're just not replying and ignoring the situation. They do not have the knowledge of the market or the customer service, very disappointing experience. It is a pity, as the original idea is fantastic!
