Not only do I use this app for my own personal mental health, it has now become my go to gift for the times I think “ I don’t know what to say” or “how can I best help” I go ahead and gift a membership and it’s access to an entire community of women who are judge-free, educated, and a shoulder to lean on. Where has this app been!? Education and resources on a million topics (breastfeeding, pumping, setting boundaries, recognizing worry versus anxiety, sexual health, processing your birth story, aligning your values) a private community to meet other moms and connect in a safe space, meditations and mindfulness exercises, and a plethora of wellness tips and tricks guided each week by a goal and supporting resources, live challenges, and prompts.
