I’ve just started the challenge and would love to use the app to plan and track meals but it’s impossible. The app crashes all the time and doesn’t log any of the foods I try to enter. I’ve loved the workouts and the gym but to not be able to use the app for the critical nutrition piece of all this feels like a bait and switch. Not thrilled.

I used to enjoy the app more than I do now. It doesn’t always work properly and it sends too many reminders to use it.
I can’t go backwards if I don’t check in my workout. The date will not stay changed to the previous day so I can mark the workout completed. One time I found another way to do it but have no idea how I managed that. I spent a lot of time trying to recreate that.
It would be nice if it listed all the food choices all the time. Each day the app would tell you what your supposed to do and you follow that. If your on the money with the food you get a high five. If you mess it up you get a “womp womp”. Just for fun. I’m saying this because there is no way to log our “not following nutrition “ but this sort of puts it in your face and is more truthful.
I do like the information it gives as far as exercise and recipes. Although I haven’t looked at the food part in a while.

Friday kick boxing
My second class ever, the I instructors are very relatable and do a great job. It is the best way to end your week especially a tough one. I needed it today. Family illness, hospital visits, and lots of travel, glad to do it however lots of sitting and emotional. Thanks Jerry!

Nutrition portion
The nutrition portion of the app is very cumbersome. Not too clear on portions of different foods. Plus ethnic foods are very difficult to monitor. It would be nice if I can enter the actual meal and it calculates the percentages of protein, carbs, healthy fats , fruits and veggies.

For some reason, the app does not recognize my email address.

GYM
Great gym with amazing instructors and the most positive group of people. If you need accountability, this is where you need to be. If you need Nutrition help, again this is where you need to be. Do you need flexibility with classes, again this is where you to to be! They offer classes 5 times a day/5 days a week and if that’s not enough you can zoom from home. I’ve done it all! Haven’t been to a gym and anxious about trying something new, they have your back! Thank you Maria for taking a dream and running with it, it sure is the perfect fit for me. ❤️❤️❤️#Thechallengeisreal

From a user perspective there are too many clicks and cumbersome to navigate. Food entry should be done by selecting a food (not just a compliant food) and the app should calculate the protein, Healthy fat, etc. The app should indicate the overage in allowable nutrition. For water, auto calf bass on the icon select. i.e., 5th star = 50 oz
