Same issues as other users. Username or password details not recognised and temporary passcodes don’t turn up.

Will not let me log in. Can login ok through website, not through app. Customer support poor - claiming it’s because I’m not a subscriber, go figure. Fortunately still in the ‘money back’ period for the subscription so will be doing that.

Website works well. But the app is poor. Or actually I couldn’t ever login because it doesn’t recognise username or password. And doesn’t matter what I did, reset ect. Still nothing. Emailed customer support a few times. Never received any response back. So stuck with an app which is useless.

Lots of bugs. Include: 1) Video disappears when put on landscape. 2) Video pauses when reduced from full screen to normal size 3) audio (e.g. podcasts) reset to start once app is opened after being minimized 4) App crashes and freezes constantly Developers, please fix this app.

Numerous attempts to log in have failed and temporary passcodes are never sent. This is a waste of time and I am deleting. I appear not to be the only one.

Love using motley fool and I’ve done well with their recommendations. However the app has been a constant nightmare. Never recognises the username and password that logs me into their website. Even after having changed it a Few times it will still after a few months forget who I am. Please fix. Very frustrating to deal with!

As some already mentioned, the app is quite bad. The service is OK that's why I bought it. But app crashes every 2 days. I've already install it and uninstall several times in 2 weeks spaces.

Spent a lot of time just trying to log in. Password resets, temporary codes, still no access. Just resets to login page every time.

I have paid quite some money for Motley Fool’s services to justify having such a lousy app. I could develop a better one in a couple of months, but it looks like they have some badly paid developers over there and they can’t be bothered to test this app. It doesn’t let me sign in, folks. This is not good. Get it sorted. Without signing in this app is as useful as one of those shiny stones from holistic shops. It’s pointless. Signing in should be your priority number one. Fix it please.
