Was very hard to check out. I tried four options literally Apple another credit card in Apple PayPal two times with a credit card and my debit card. Everything got declined no reason why I have plenty of funds in all of them so not an easy process at all to check out first time, ordering kind of disappointed.

It’s mind boggling that the development team still hasn’t figured out how to create a functional app. Everything is so buggy and unresponsive, and the order history never works. You’re better off using a web browser instead. I think the development team needs to take a page out of Nordstrom, Banana Republic, Lululemon, etc.’s app playbook, and replicate their code – because this app always seems like it’s been one step forward, three steps back throughout the years.

I do plenty of online shopping & have apps for my favorite stores. This is by far the worst. Freezes and closes if I move around too much. Doesn’t allow me to log in when needed even though I’m logged into the app. So many purchases are paused because all of the glitches. The amount of times I’ve had something in my cart & have forgotten is annoying. I almost always have to go online through the browser to make purchases. Waste.

Great app and easy to use! Can find what I am looking for with ease.

The app forces me to log in every time to view order history, but the login process does not complete. This makes the order history page inaccessible on the app.

Awesome no problems first time user

The new updates to the app have made the shopping experience very seamless! So easy to browse and find what I’m looking for and look at the details of the items.

Issues with process apply pay or PayPal

Convenient shopping online is the best part of this app.
