I am very sorry to write such a bad review, but while I have been a customer for quite some time, I will probably concentrate now on other website. The reason is that I should have gotten my package two days ago, but UPS kept postponing and postponing. It is now Friday night and I still have nothing. This was supposed to be a present and I am incredibly disappointed. UPS is incredibly unprofessional and I will think twice before ordering from outnet again.

This app is terrible. The item they sell is full of quality problems. When I purchased an item, the customer service can quickly identify my account and place the order, but when I called for the quality issue, it’s so hard for them to identify my email, locate my order number in the call, the mail to their CS email was returned, and the customer service couldn’t help at all. Don’t purchase any expensive items on this app, unless u already don’t want to return no matter what.

My daughter suggested this site to buy shoes for my wife’s Mothers Day present. I signed up for emails and texts to receive a discount. I received two different offers for discount codes. One as a new customer first order, another for downloading the app. Neither discount code was accepted. I find these offers misleading. I’m wondering now if review will be blocked because any nick name I use is rejected
