With The Pain Center app, you can:

• Receive alerts
• View upcoming appointments
• Request a visit
• Send messages to your care team
• Pay a balance or a copay
• Check in for an appointment
• Upload your insurance cards and photo ID
• Complete your pre-visit forms
• Share data securely and in real time with your healthcare provider
• Self-track vitals and see your historical vital signs
• Integrate with Apple HealthKit to retrieve daily exercise logs, sleep patterns and health data
To use The Pain Center app you will need an invitation or login from your provider. Please contact our office directly for assistance with login.
